Terms & Conditions – Simple City | Ashley Furniture

Welcome to Simple City – Ashley Furniture.
We are committed to delivering the best experience to our valued customers. Transparency and trust are the foundation of our relationship with you. These policies outline our procedures regarding purchases, returns, exchanges, maintenance, delivery, special orders, payments, storage, and promotional offers.


1. Return, Exchange & Maintenance Policy

Original Sales Order

The original sales order must be presented when requesting a return, exchange, or maintenance service.

Return or Exchange After Delivery

Products cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery.

Undelivered Products

Customers may return undelivered items within three (3) days or exchange them within six (6) days for the same or higher value from the sales order date, provided that:

  • The request is made at least three (3) days before the scheduled delivery date.

  • The items are not special or custom-made orders.

Promotional & Discount Periods

During promotional or discount periods, customers are entitled to a one (1) day return or exchange from the sales order date.

Manufacturing Defects

Products with manufacturing defects or invoice discrepancies may be returned or exchanged upon delivery using the same delivery method.

Non-returnable / non-exchangeable items include: rugs, bed sheets, pillows, mattresses, accessories, and towels.

Final Clearance Items

Last pieces purchased from the showroom and accepted in their current condition are not eligible for return or exchange.

Refund Procedure

Refunds will be transferred to the customer’s bank account or issued by cheque within fourteen (14) business days from the date of approval of the return request.

Cheque Payments

Invoices paid by cheque are not considered settled until the cheque has been successfully collected.

Responsibility After Inspection

The company is not responsible for any damage, shortage, or loss after the customer or their representative has inspected and signed the delivery receipt.

Mattresses, Boxes & Shelves

Bedroom set prices do not include mattresses, boxes, or shelves unless otherwise stated.

Order Accuracy

Customers must verify the accuracy of their order details before leaving the showroom or completing an online purchase. Claims not documented in writing will not be considered.


2. Payment & Storage Policy

Purchases may be stored free of charge for thirty (30) days provided that 100% of the invoice value has been paid.

If the storage period exceeds thirty (30) days:

  • The invoice will be canceled.

  • A 20% storage fee will be deducted.

  • The customer may select alternative products equal to the net invoice value after deduction of storage fees.


3. Special Orders

Delivery Timeline

Special orders will be delivered within a maximum of one hundred eighty (180) working days from the contract date.

No Modification or Return

Special orders, including any of their components, cannot be modified, returned, or exchanged.

Notification & Collection

The company will notify the customer upon arrival of the special order. The customer must collect the order within ten (10) days from the notification date.

A storage fee of SAR 45 per day will apply after this period.


4. Delivery & Warranty Policy

Delivery & Installation

The company provides free one-time delivery and installation in the following cities:
Riyadh, Jeddah, Khamis Mushait, Jazan, Khobar, and Qassim.

Delivery Rescheduling

Customers will be contacted prior to the scheduled delivery date to confirm details. If the customer is unreachable, delivery will be rescheduled based on availability.

Product Inspection

Customers must inspect items upon delivery and record any comments or observations on the delivery receipt.

Warranty

  • One (1) year warranty on bedroom sets and dining tables.

  • Five (5) year warranty on sofa frames (excluding fabrics).

The warranty covers maintenance services only and does not include spare parts or damages caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling.

Delivery Failure

If the company fails to deliver the products, the customer is entitled to a full refund without any additional compensation.


5. Founding Day Offer – Terms & Conditions (February 2026)

Welcome to Ashley Riyadh and Simple City. We are proud to celebrate Founding Day with you.

Offer Details

Buy one item at its original price (before discount) and receive a second item of equal or lesser value for SAR 1 only.

Offer Period

Valid for five (5) days only, from Friday, 20 February 2026 until the end of Tuesday, 24 February 2026.

Availability

The offer is available in all showrooms (Ashley Riyadh and Simple City) and through our official websites.


Offer Conditions

  • Full payment (100% of the invoice value) is required to qualify for the promotion.

  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or vouchers within the same invoice.

  • Delivery is limited to one address per customer.

  • Delivery and installation appointments will be scheduled only after full payment has been received.

  • During the promotional period, customers may request a return or exchange within one (1) day from the sales order date, provided that the request is made before delivery.

  • Products cannot be returned or exchanged after delivery and installation.

  • Accessories, rugs, bed sheets, and pillows are non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

  • If the primary item is returned, eligibility for the SAR 1 item will be canceled and the second item will be recalculated at its original pre-promotion price.

  • The discount applied to the SAR 1 item has no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.


Simple City and Ashley Riyadh reserve the right to amend, modify, or cancel any policy or promotion at any time without prior notice.
